Personal Training After your initial assessment and consultation which includes measuring blood pressure and heart rate, I will prepare a detailed training program focusing on the areas that we decide need attention, be that fitness, strength, weight loss, body image or rehabilitation. The aim is to make exercise fun, with plenty of encouragement and motivation, giving particular attention to maintaining correct body posture to prevent injury. Where will we do it? • Fresh air ensures your body is working harder We will combine aerobic and resistance exercises to improve muscle tone which in turn increases your metabolic rate, strengthens your heart and increases your V02 max lung capacity. All in all, you’ll feel great! It is not only important to set goals that are realistic and achievable, it is also necessary to devise a method to quantitatively measure the results. However, the most essential element of any form of exercise must be fun. If you enjoy the sessions, you will certainly get more out of them. How often should I train? |
Massage A therapeutic massage will do you as much good as a full training session, and ideally the two should be combined in a balanced health and fitness program. I specialise in two kinds of massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage. Full Body Deep Tissue/Sports Massage - 1hr: £50 LomiLomi Full Body Massage - 1hr: £50 Swedish Full Body Massage - 1hr: £45 Back, Neck and Shoulder, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage - 30mins: £35 Relaxation Back Massage - 25mins: £30 Think about it, what better way to finish off a vigorous work-out than with a relaxing massage, in the comfort of your own home or at The Beauty Therapy Centre? |
