Cancellation policy: 48 hours are required to cancel your appointment without incurring a charge. A charge of 50% of your booked treatment cost will apply in the event that 48 hour's notice is not given.
Unused booking time: If you book a treatment and change your mind and wish to reduce the time or do not require the whole booking, we still request 48 hours notice to amend the appointment time; the original price will apply if prior notice is not given.
Refund Policy: In the rare and unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied with any treatment, you should return in person to the salon within 48 hours from the treatment time. Resolution to the problem will be considered. Complaints received after this 48 period will not be considered for refund. Refunds are at the discretion of the management of The Beauty Therapy Centre.

Vouchers are are valid for six months. In extreme circumstances consideration will be given to extend, if you contact the salon before the end of the six month period.
Prepaid courses are valid for one year from the first treatment.
The salon has been re-open for many years. With no disruption from Covid restrictions. Therefore Covid is not accepted as a reason for unused courses\vouchers\prepaid treatments.
Face masks are still required in the salon please if you are feeling unwell in any way.
